I can't remember the exact beginning. I think these have went on well before I got involved. Devin (known as Scott Wells here) brought me in, and I knew nothing about Star Trek except what I knew from a few TNG episodes. I can't even remember the name of the ship I began with. In those days, there were no wikis for quick information. I was assigned as a medical officer, and did a freakin' lot of research on medical terminology in the Star Trek universe and made a dictionary-sized document filled with what I found. (Was it the USS Phoenix?) Unfortunately, I don't see any record of this and my own records are probably faded into entropic data bits.

Every couple of years I go back through and reread these stories we have done. The Cutlass was by far the most successful in terms of how long it went.

A few more we have done, The USS Pheonix and the USS Apache, though I can not find any official record of their existence.

Its great to see how well our writing has improved over the years. Based on story potential I am sad we never took the Hikaru Outpost further, but I strongly feel like the Yorktown has been our best effort. Great story, great characters, and the quality of writers including some excellent new blood in Jon and Beth joining us, makes me feel like this story has some real staying power.

Oh wow....yeah lots of memories! Made me realize this is the 4th we've done just while dating/married to my husband. ...No wonder he just rolls his eyes and calls me a dork when I start with "So Elijah is starting a new sim back up..." I almost didn't even tell him this time tk save him an eyeroll.
